晚期癌症患者心理弹性、希望水平与灵性需求的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究晚期癌症患者心理弹性、希望水平及灵性需求的相关性。方法采用便利抽样的方法,选取确诊为晚期癌症的105例患者作为研究对象。选用一般资料调查表、心理弹性量表、希望水平量表和灵性需求量表进行调查。结果晚期癌症患者心理弹性得分为83.36±16.02,处于高水平;希望水平得分为35.94±4.19,处于中等偏上水平;灵性需求得分为77.32±13.08,处于高水平。心理弹性水平与灵性需求呈正相关(r=0.48,P<0.05),希望水平与灵性需求呈正相关(r=0.531,P<0.05)。结论临床护理工作中应重点关注晚期癌症患者心理弹性、灵性需求,并利用两者与希望水平的相关性,提高晚期癌症患者的生活质量。Objective To study the correlation among mental resilience,hope level and spiritual needs in patients with advanced cancer.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 105 patients diagnosed with advanced cancer for the study.General Information Questionnaire,Psychological Resilience Scale,Hope Level Scale and Spiritual Needs Scale were selected for the survey.Results The psychological resilience score of patients with advanced cancer was 83.36±16.02,which was at a high level.The score of hope level was 35.94±4.19,which was in the upper middle level.The score of spiritual needs is 77.32±13.08,which was at a high level.The correlation between the level of resilience and spiritual needs was positive correlation(r=0.48,P<0.05),and the level of hope was positively correlated with spiritual needs(r=0.531,P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical care should focus on the psychological resilience and spiritual needs of advanced cancer patients,and utilize the correlation between the two and the level of hope to improve the quality of life of advanced cancer patients.
