银川市2360例交通意外伤急诊住院患者流行特征与伤害转归情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨银川市2360例交通意外伤急诊住院患者的流行特征,为制定意外伤害预防措施提供参考依据。方法本研究采用问卷调查方法,收集宁夏回族自治区人民医院和银川市人民医院因交通意外伤在急诊住院病例的性别、年龄、职业、交通方式、伤害转归、住院费用、手术级别等资料。结果2360例交通意外伤急诊住院患者中男性病例1382人(58.56%),女性病例978人(41.44%),男性明显多于女性。交通意外伤急诊住院患者年龄段主要在13~64岁,占比79.31%。交通意外伤急诊住院患者职业分布无业人员最多(28.14%)。最易发生交通意外的交通方式是脚踏车,共876例(37.12%)。重型运输车产生的交通意外患者的住院总费用花费最多(P<0.05)。交通意外急诊住院患者病例中治疗费用全部自理患者最多为1918人(81.27%)。交通意外急诊住院患者伤害转归情况中治愈患者最多1774人(75.17%)。交通意外急诊住院患者中三级手术和四级手术占50%以上(P<0.05)。结论银川市交通意外伤急诊住院患者跟性别、年龄、职业等有关,伤害转归和手术级别跟所乘坐的交通工具有关,应针对人群特点开展有针对性地干预,预防伤害的发生。Objective To explore the epidemic characteristics of 2360 emergency inpatients with traffic accident injuries in Yinchuan,and to provide reference for the development of injury prevention measures for this population.Methods In this study,questionnaires were used to collect information on gender,age,occupation,mode of transportation,injury outcomes,hospitalization expenses and operations level of emergency patients admitted to the People′s Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and the People′s Hospital of Yinchuan City due to traffic accidents. Results Among the 2 360 emergency inpatients with traffic accidents,there were 1 382 male cases (58.56%) and 978 female cases (41.44%),with significantly more males than females. The age range of emergency inpatients with traffic accident injuries is mainly between 13 and 64 years old,accounting for 79.31%. The occupational distribution of emergency inpatients with traffic accident injuries is the highest among unemployed individuals (28.14%). The most common mode of transportation for traffic accidents is bicycles,with a total of 876 cases (37.12%). The total hospitalization cost for patients with traffic accidents caused by heavy transport vehicles is the highest ( P <0.05). Among the emergency inpatients of traffic accidents,the maximum number of self-care patients with treatment costs was 1 918 (81.27%).The maximum number of cured patients (75.17%) in the injury outcome of emergency inpatients in traffic accidents was 1 774 .More than 50% of emergency inpatients with traffic accidents undergo triple surgery and four-stage surgery ( P <0.05). Conclusion Emergency inpatients with traffic accident injuries in Yinchuan are related to gender,age,occupation,etc.,and injury outcome and operations level are related to the means of transportation they take. Targeted intervention should be carried out according to the characteristics of the population to prevent the occurrence of injuries.
