摘　　要：针对C波段相控阵雷达的需求,设计了一种高集成度的数字阵列模块。该模块采用8通道模拟收发前端,8通道数字收发电路,电源信号分配网络等。通过将末级放大与限幅低噪放集成化设计,将上下变频、滤波器,放大器采取SIP技术,数字收发做成独立的数字板,实现数字阵列模块的高集成度设计,该模块单通道输出功率大于100W,脉内信噪比大于60dB,接收动态大于55dB,接收噪声系数小于3.0dB。A highly integrated digital array module has been developed for the C-band radar.The eight independent analog send-and-receive channel,the eight digital send-and-receive channel,and the power-and-signal network is integrated in the module.By used integrated design of the amplifier and the LNA,by used SIP,by used the integrated design of the send-and-receive channel,the highly integrated module is realized.Pulse output power transmitted by a single channel is greater than 100W,SNR within pulse is more than 60dB,SNR of receiving more than 55dB,NF of receiving less than 3.0dB.
