摘 要:水面舰艇实战化考核目前尚在起步阶段,组织模式、考核内容、评价体系以及处理方法都不完善,正在结合演训任务开展探索和尝试。从水面舰艇防空反导任务出发,构建考核指标体系和评价体系,确立实战化考核内容和评价机制;另一方面,在评价复杂电磁环境对防空反导影响时建立了矩阵处理方法,解决了单种作战样式下试验样本量不足的问题,实现了复杂电磁环境的量化评价。研究成果对后续水面舰艇实战化考核试验具有重要指导意义。The practical assessment of surface ships is still in its infancy,and the organization mode,assessment content,evaluation system and processing methods are not perfect.It is being explored and tried in combination with the trial training task.Starting from the air defense and antimissile mission of surface ships,this paper constructs the evaluation index system and evaluation system,and establishes the practical evaluation content and evaluation mechanism.On the other hand,when evaluating the impact of complex electromagnetic environment on air defense and anti missile,the matrix processing method is established,which solves the problem of insufficient test sample size under a single combat style,and realizes the quantitative evaluation of complex electromagnetic environment.The research results have important guiding significance for the follow-up practical assessment tests of surface ships.
