摘 要:在能源转型的大环境下,为面对新能源带来的各种挑战,储能型虚拟电厂被认为是应对新能源带来挑战的重要手段之一。作为储能产业链龙头国家,中国积极探索储能产品市场化推广渠道。为解决当前储能收益不足的困境,梳理了较为典型的国外市场中储能参与市场方式及策略,包括主能量市场、辅助服务市场和容量市场等多个方面,给出了具备可实施性的市场组织方式,并结合中国国情和电力工业市场化推进力度,为我国未来储能型虚拟电厂参与电力批发市场提出建议。Based on the general environment of energy transformation,facing various challenges brought by new energy,energy storage virtual power plant is considered to be one of the important means to solve the challenges brought by new energy.As a leading country in the energy storage industry chain,China is actively exploring channels for market promotion of energy storage products.In order to solve the current dilemma of insufficient energy storage revenue,this paper sorts out the typical market participation methods and strategies of energy storage in foreign markets,including the electric energy market,ancillary service market and capacity market,and gives a feasible market organization method,combined with China's national conditions and the marketization promotion efforts of the power industry.Some suggestions are put forward for the future energy storage virtual power plant to participate in the wholesale market.
