湿式气柜钝化除臭清洗实践浅析

摘　　要：湿式气柜系统内的气体为高含量H_(2)S、CO及硫醇、硫醚等恶臭性气味的气体,气体内携带上游腐蚀产物硫化亚铁;经过气柜沉降分离,气体所携带上游腐蚀产物硫化亚铁很容易沉积下来,因此气柜内也蕴藏着一定量的硫化亚铁。在气柜停工检修之前,这些硫化氢及硫化亚铁等硫化物若不预先消除,必然有产生人员中毒和设备自燃的可能,给设备和人员的安全构成严重的威胁。北京乐文科技发展有限公司在湿式气柜钝化出后清洗的实际应用,起到了良好的效果,有效的对设备进行了清洗,清洗后达到了进人检修的条件,本文主要介绍了设备清洗的应用情况及改进意见。The gas in the wet gas tank system is high content of H_(2)S,CO,mercaptan,thioether and other odor gas,which carries the upstream corrosion product ferrous sulfide;After the gas tank settlement separation,the gas carried by the upstream corrosion product ferrous sulfide is easy to deposit,so the gas tank also contains a certain amount of ferrous sulfide.Before the gas cabinet is shut down for maintenance,if these sulfide compounds such as hydrogen sulfide and ferrous sulfide are not eliminated in advance,there is bound to be the possibility of personnel poisoning and equipment spontaneous combustion,posing a serious threat to the safety of equipment and personnel.Beijing Lewen Technology Development Co.,Ltd.in the wet gas tank passivation after the practical application of cleaning,has played a good effect,effective cleaning of the equipment,after cleaning to reach the conditions of maintenance,this paper mainly introduces the application of equipment cleaning and improvement suggestions.
