摘  要:某石化公司石油蒸馏车间净洗油泵预热管线上的一个焊缝处出现泄漏。泄漏点附近的管线管壁也存在严重减薄。通过对母材和焊接处的材质、金相、电镜分析,对管线的腐蚀原因进行研究发现,管线的减薄(穿孔)与管线内介质腐蚀、管线服役环境(温度)以及管线材质等因素有着密切的关系,并给出了具体的建议。There was a leakage at a weld of the preheating pipeline of the oil cleaning pump in the petroleum distillation workshop of a petrochemical company.The wall of the pipeline near the leak has also been severely thinned.Through the analysis of the material,metallography and electron microscope of the base material and welding place,the causes of pipeline corrosion are studied.The results show that the pipeline thinning(perforation)is closely relate to the corrosion of the medium in the pipeline,the service environment(temperature)of the pipeline and the material of the pipeline,and the specific suggestions are given.
