摘　　要：随着经济不断发展和进步,传统纸箱包装机技术需要根据新形势、新需求、新理念更新换代,以应对市场的快速发展的需要。本文介绍了全自动递进式双隔板纸箱包装机的工艺流程以及主要结构,从生产工艺流程进行详细介绍,分析了如何实现双隔板纸箱包装,着重阐述了设备整机构成、隔板取放机构、瓶组取放机构等单元组成和工作原理。With the continuous development and progress of the market economy,traditional cardboard packaging machine technology needs to be constantly updated and updated according to new situations,demands,and concepts,in order to meet the needs of the rapid development of the market.This article introduces the process flow and main structure of the fully automatic progressive double partition cardboard box packaging machine,and provides a detailed introduction from the production process flow.It also analyzes how to achieve double partition cardboard box packaging,and emphasizes the composition and working principle of the entire equipment,partition picking and placing mechanism,bottle group picking and placing mechanism,and other unit components.
