摘 要:目的:查明送检病死鹅的死亡原因,对其进行病原菌分离鉴定及其耐药性与毒力基因检测。方法:对病死鹅的肝脏组织进行病原菌的分离鉴定、药敏试验和耐药基因与毒力基因检测。结果:从病死鹅的肝脏组织中分离到1株单个存在、中等大小的革兰氏阴性杆菌。同源性分析结果显示,该分离菌为阪崎杆菌。药敏试验结果显示,该菌对头孢哌酮舒巴坦敏感,对沙拉沙星、氟苯尼考、头孢噻呋钠等中度敏感,对庆大霉素、头孢呋辛、安普霉素不敏感。耐药基因检测显示,该菌含有β-内酰胺酶类耐药基因blatem-1、卡那霉素类耐药基因aadA 1、喹诺酮类耐药基因qnr、磺胺类耐药基因sul 1,不含有头孢菌素类耐药基因blaCMY-2。该菌被检出克罗诺杆菌的外膜蛋白毒力基因ompx、克罗诺杆菌血浆纤溶酶原激活物毒力基因cpa、免疫相关蛋白毒力基因sip。结论:送检病死鹅是因为感染阪崎杆菌导致的死亡,该菌含有多个耐药基因和多种毒力基因。Objective:To find out the cause of death,to isolate and identify the pathogenic bacteria,to detect the drug resistance and virulence genes,to provide reference data for the laboratory diagnosis of the disease,and to provide guidance for the treatment of the disease for the farmers,the mechanism of drug resistance and pathogenesis were also discussed.Methods:Isolation and identification of pathogenic bacteria,drug sensitivity test and detection of drug resistance gene and virulence gene were carried out in liver tissues of dead geese.Results:A medium-sized gram-negative bacilli was isolated from the liver of dead goose,and homology analysis showed that the isolated bacterium was Enterobacter sakazakii.The results of drug sensitivity tests showed that the bacterium was sensitive to cefoperazone sulbactam,moderately sensitive to sarafloxacin,florfenicol and ceftiofur sodium,and insensitive to gentamicin,cefuroxime and apramycin.The bacteria containedβ-lactam resistance gene blatem-1,kanamycins resistance gene aadA 1,quinolone resistance gene qnr and sulfa resistance gene sul 1.It did not contain the cephalosporin-resistant Gene blaCMY-2.The outer membrane protein virulence gene(ompx),plasminogen activator virulence gene(cpa)and immune associated protein virulence gene(sip)of Cronobacter were detected.Conclusion:The dead geese were infected with Enterobacter sakazakii,which contained multiple virulence genes and multiple drug resistance genes.
