摘  要:目的:探究不同西瓜品种苗期耐高温胁迫能力并筛选耐热指标。方法:以10个西瓜品种为试验材料,在西瓜苗期进行高温胁迫处理,测定西瓜幼苗的相对株高、根冠比和热害指数等13个指标。结果:高温胁迫处理抑制西瓜幼苗的生长,10个西瓜品种苗期各指标相对值均小于1,不同西瓜品种之间表现差异较大。结论:运用聚类分析筛选出苗期热敏感型的西瓜品种为‘金玉玲珑’和‘特小凤’,耐高温的西瓜品种为‘西农八号’;通过建立的方程发现,相对根系鲜质量、相对地上部鲜质量可以作为西瓜耐高温筛选指标。Objective:In order to explore the ability to withstand high temperature resistance of different watermelon varieties at seedling stage and select the heat tolerance indexes.Methods:Ten watermelon varieties were used as experimental materials,and high temperature stress treatment was carried out at watermelon seedling stage.The relative plant height,root-shoot ratio,heat injury index,and other co indexs of watermelon seedlings were determined.Results:High temperature stress inhibited the growth of watermelon seedlings.The relative indexes of 10 watermelon varieties were less than 1,and the performance of different watermelon varieties was quite different.Conclusion:The heat sensitive watermelon varieties at seedling stage were Jinyulinglong and Texiaofeng,and the high temperature resistant watermelon variety was Xinong No.8.Through the established equation,it was found that the relative root fresh weight and the relative shoot fresh weight could be selected as the high temperature resistance index of watermelon.
