摘　　要：列车车辆监测信息系统是提高列车安全运行、检修效率,提高设备自动化、智能化的有力设施。本文简要介绍了车辆监测信息系统的概念、组成和功能,详细论述了监理工作在资源、质量、进度方面发挥的作用,讨论了在轨道交通机电系统项目中设备监理要识别出项目变更的属性、范围的来源,以及针对不同属性和不同来源的变更如何进行结构化处理,可为同类监理项目提供参考。The train and vehicle monitoring information system is a powerful facility to improve the safe operation and maintenance efficiency of the train,and to improve the automation and intelligence of the equipment.This paper briefly introduces the concept,composition and function of the vehicle monitoring information system,and expounds in detail the functions of the supervision work in the aspects of resources,quality and schedule.In this paper,it is discussed that the plant consulting engineer should identify the attribute and the source of the scope of the project change,and how to deal with the change of different attribute and source structurally,it can provide reference for similar supervision projects.
