摘　　要：高炉炉壳是高炉的主体设备,高炉炉壳质量控制是高炉监理项目的重中之重。本文说明了高炉炉壳设备的制造特点,并对其质量控制内容和监理要求进行了介绍,着重阐述某项目高炉炉壳制造工序及预装配检查要点,总结了监理过程中质量问题及整改措施,为确保高炉炉壳设备质量符合技术要求、提升出厂合格率提供了借鉴和参考。The blast furnace shell is the main equipment of the blast furnace,and the quality control of the blast furnace shell is the top priority of the blast furnace supervision project.This paper explains the manufacturing characteristics of blast furnace shell equipment,introduces its quality control content and supervision scheme,focuses on the manufacturing process and pre-assembly inspection points of a blast furnace shell,summarizes the quality problems and rectification measures in the supervision process,and provides reference and reference for ensuring that the quality of blast furnace shell equipment meets the technical requirements and improves the factory qualification rate.
