摘  要:结晶器是连铸生产中最主要的工艺设备。文章根据结晶器窄面足辊的实际工作情况,介绍窄面足辊装配组件的结构设计原理及功能。以窄面足辊在板坯调整宽度由宽变窄即载荷最大时,对窄面足辊框架结构进行焊缝优化设计,并施加工作载荷进行应力分析,分析结果表明焊缝优化设计安全,并经实践应用效果良好,提高了生产效率,降低了维修强度。Crystallization device is the most important process equipment in continuous casting production.In this paper,the structure design principle and function of the assembly of the narrow foot roller are introduced according to the actual working situation of the narrow foot roller of the crystallization device.When the width of the slab is adjusted from width and the load is maximum,the frame structure of the narrow foot roller is optimized,and the working load is applied to the stress analysis.The analysis results show that the weld optimization design is safe,and the practical application effect is good,which improves the production efficiency and reduces the maintenance strength.
