摘 要:目的:探讨互动式健康教育对腹膜透析患者容量管理行为和生活质量的影响。方法:采取方便抽样法选取2022年1月1日~12月31日在肾脏内科治疗的60例腹膜透析患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施互动式健康教育;比较两组干预前后容量管理行为、生活质量[采用健康调查简表(SF-36)]、满意度。结果:干预后,观察组容量管理行为中饮食管理、指标和并发症监测评分及总分、SF-36评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:互动式健康教育能改善腹膜透析患者的容量管理行为,提高患者的生活质量,适合在腹膜透析患者容量管理中应用。Objective:To explore the effect of interactive health education on capacity management behavior and quality of life in perito-neal dialysis patients.Methods:A total of 60 peritoneal dialysis patients who were treated in the Department of Nephrology from January 1,2022 to December 31,2022 were selected by the convenient sampling method as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the study subjects were divided into the control group and the observation group each with 30 cases.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received interactive health education on the basis of routine care.The capacity management behav-ior,quality of life scores,and satisfaction between the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results:After in-tervention,the scores and total scores of capacity management behavior in dietary management,indicators,complication monitoring,and SF-36 scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interactive health education can improve the capacity management behavior in peritoneal dialysis patients,improve their quality of life,and is suitable for application in capacity management of peritoneal dialysis pa-tients.
