摘 要:目的:探讨适应行为商数为基础的分级行为教育在学龄期癫痫患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取儿科2021年1月1日~2022年6月30日收治的110例癫痫患儿,以双色球方式分为对照组和研究组各55例,对照组实施常规行为教育,研究组实施适应行为商数为基础的分级行为教育;比较两组入院第1、15天行为功能[采用儿童行为量表(CBCL)]、自我意识水平[采用儿童自我意识量表(PHCSS)]、生活质量[采用癫痫儿童健康相关生活质量特异性量表(QOLCE-16)]、希望水平[采用Herth希望量表(HHI)]。结果:入院第15天,两组CBCL中社交退缩、抑郁、睡眠问题、躯体诉述、攻击行为和破坏行为评分均低于入院第1天(P<0.01),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);入院第15天,两组PHCSS中行为、智力与学校情况、躯体外貌与属性、焦虑、合群、幸福与满足评分高于入院第1天(P<0.01),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);入院第15天,两组QOLCE-16中认知、情感、社交、身体机能评分高于入院第1天(P<0.01),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);入院第15天,两组HHI中对现实与未来的积极态度、采取积极行动、与他人保持亲密关系评分高于入院第1天(P<0.01),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:学龄期癫痫患儿实施适应行为商数为基础的分级行为教育,通过多元化的护理措施改善患儿行为,增强患儿面对疾病的自我意识,提高生活质量,增加患儿对疾病治疗及未来行动的希望。Objective:To explore the effect of graded behavior care based on adaptive behavior quotient in children with school-age epi-lepsy.Methods:A total of 110 children with epilepsy admitted from January 1,2021 to June 30,2022 were divided into the control group and the study group by the double chromosphere method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group conducted routine behavioral edu-cation.And the study group implemented graded behavioral care based on adaptive behavior quotient.Behavior function by the Achenbach Child Behaviour Scale(CBCL),Child Self-awareness Scale(PHCSS),quality of life-specific scale for children with epilepsy(QOLCE-16),and hope level by Herth Hope Scale(HHI)on the 1st and 15th day of admission were compared between the two groups.Results:On ad-mission of the 15th day,the social withdrawal,depression,sleep problems,somatic complaints,aggression,and disruptive behavior scores were lower in both groups than those on the 1st day(P<0.01),and lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).On admission of the 15th day,The behavior,intelligence and school conditions,physical appearance and attributes,anxiety,syn-group,happi-ness and satisfaction scores were higher in both groups than those on the 1st day(P<0.01),and higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).On admission of the 15th day,the cognition,feeling,social intercourse,physical function scores were higher in both groups than those on the 1st day(P<0.01),and higher in the study group than these in the control group(P<0.05).On admission of the 15th day,the reality and future,positive action,intimacy attitude scores were higher in both groups than those on the 1st day(P<0.01),and higher in the study group than these in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In children with school-age epilepsy,imple-mentation of hierarchical behavior education based on adaptive behavior quotient,can improve their behavior,improve their self-awareness of disease,improve their quality of life,and increase their hope for
