摘  要:In tropical countries,scorpion sting is a significant cause of disease,leading to severe localized cutaneous reactions,neurologic impairments,and respiratory distress,as well as myocarditis[1].The world’s most poisonous scorpion species,Leiurus quinquestriatus,is found in southern Turkey and is a threat to the public’s health in all of the provinces,particularly in Adiyaman and its surrounding areas,which were hit by the recent Turkey and Syria earthquake[1].
