摘　　要：屋顶光伏总装机容量的准确评估有助于引导配电网规划和屋顶光伏的合理布局,为此提出一种基于高清卫星地图影像的配电网分布式屋顶光伏承载力评估方法。首先使用Deeplabv3+模型自动识别高清卫星地图影像中的屋顶部分,测算屋顶的光伏装机容量,并据此确定公共信息模型中光伏发电场类的参数,实现基于公共信息模型和高清卫星地图影像的配电网数字化建模。最后采用蒙特卡罗模拟法对配电网的分布式屋顶光伏承载力进行评估。以某地区配电网为例进行仿真,与现有传统承载力评估方法进行比较,证明所提方法的高效性和实用性,为电力公司制订合理的光伏开发计划和实施可靠的电网结构升级提供重要的数据支撑。The accurate evaluation of the total installed capacity of rooftop photovoltaic(PV)helps guide the planning of the distribution network and the rational layout of rooftop PV.This paper proposes a method to evaluate the distributed rooftop PV hosting capacity of the distribution network based on high definition satellite map images.Firstly,Deeplabv3+model is used to automatically identify the rooftop part in the high definition satellite map images,measure the installed PV capacity of the rooftop,determine the operating parameters of the newly generated common information model(CIM)of rooftop PV,and implement digital modeling of the distribution network based on CIM and high definition satellite map images.Finally,the paper uses Monte Carlo simulation method to evaluate the distributed rooftop PV hosting capacity of the distribution network.By using a distribution network system in a region for simulation and comparing it with the existing traditional hosting capacity assessment methods,it proves the efficiency and practicality of the proposed method,which can provide important data support for power companies to develop reasonable PV grid connection plans and implement reliable grid structure upgrades.
