基  金:液体火箭发动机常用材料厚壁结构件A-TIG焊接工艺研究。

摘  要:高效率生产是焊接工作者持续追求的目标之一,而实现深熔深焊接是重要途径之一,尤其是能获得优异焊接质量但熔深较浅的TIG焊。活性焊接方法起源于AF-TIG焊(Activating Flux TIG welding),通过在普通TIG焊接前在待焊母材表面涂敷活性剂材料,可使得熔深显著增加,达到TIG焊熔深的2倍及以上。为了推动活性焊接方法的应用与发展,通过介绍活性焊熔深增加的两种机理,数值模拟在熔池流动、应力应变、活性剂过渡方面的应用,深入理解活性元素对熔深增加和焊缝性能的影响。并认为活性剂增加熔深机理有待厘清,加强研究活性元素在低温凝固阶段中的冶金行为及其对熔池金属相变过程和焊缝性能的影响规律,将会促进活性元素引入精细控制技术和新型活性焊接方法的开发。Deep weld penetration is the main way to achieve high welding productivity pursued by welding workers,espe‐cially for the TIG welding process with perfect weld quality but lower weld penetration.Activating welding method originates from the AF-TIG(Activating Flux TIG)welding,in which a thin layer of activating flux is applied onto the surface of work‐piece before common TIG welding and results in dramatic increase of weld penetration,more than two times of TIG welding.In order to promote the application and development of active welding methods,this paper introduces two mechanisms of in‐creasing welding depth in activating welding,and the application of numerical simulation in molten pool flow,stress-strain,and active flux transition.It is easy to deeply understand the influence of active elements on the increase of weld penetration and weld properties.It is suggested that the mechanism of increasing weld penetration by active fluxes needs to be clarified,and research on the metallurgical behavior of active elements in the low-temperature solidification stage and their influence on the phase transformation process of the molten pool and welding seam properties should be strengthened.This will promote the introduction of active elements into fine control technology and the development of new activating welding methods.
