摘 要:阐述了在矿山现场恶劣工况条件下如何更换大型挖掘机单侧的起重臂跟脚,以及焊接变形的控制。采用有限元分析,重点评估起重臂跟脚的焊接变形量,并借助工艺假轴,焊接残余应力和变形有一定的改善。销孔周围的焊接变形,在考虑工艺假轴后,最大变形量从0.13 mm降低为0.11 mm,并且变形位置远离销孔中心。本项工作对后续涉及其他重型机械主要零部件的修复也具有重要参考意义,能有效提升挖掘机的工作效率和稳定性,进一步降低设备故障率和运营成本,以满足矿山生产的需求。This article delineates the methodology to replace the heel of the single-side boom of a large excavator and the regulation of welding deformation within the rigorous working conditions of the mine site.The welding deformation of the boom foot is calculated by finite element analysis,and the post-weld deformation is efficiently mitigated by the implementa‐tion of the dummy shaft,revealing that the maximum deformation near the heel is 0.11 millimeters.This work not only guar‐antees the welding quality,but also efficaciously controls the welding deformation,thereby assuring the matching size be‐tween the boom and the slewing platform,prolonging the service life of the boom and saving costs..In addition,the research results of this paper have a pertinent influence on the subsequent rectification of other major components of heavy machin‐ery.This investigation furnishes robust backing for enhancing the operational efficiency and stability of the excavator,fur‐ther curtailing the equipment failure rate and operating expenditure,and accommodating the needs of mine production.
