摘  要:以1 mm厚的Q&P980钢板为研究对象,对其进行电阻点焊,分析焊接接头的力学性能、显微硬度、观察其显微组织。结果表明:熔核区由尺寸较粗大的板条马氏体构成,热影响区由板条状马氏体、铁素体和奥氏体构成;随着焊接电流、焊接时间和电极压力的增加,接头拉剪载荷呈先增后减的趋势,点焊接头热影响区细晶区显微硬度最高,约为485 HV。当焊接时间为10 cyce,焊接电流为12.5 kA,电极压力为2.4 kN时,综合力学性能最好。The Q&P980 steel plate was studied by resistance spot welding in this paper.Mechanical properties,microhard‐ness distribution and microstructure were researched.The results show that the microstructure of the nugget zone is coarse lath martensite,and the mirostructure of the heat affected zone is consist of fine lath martensite,ferrite and austenite.The shear tension firstly increased and then decreased with the increasing of welding current,welding time and Electrode pres‐sure,the microhardness of fine-grained area is the highest at the joint,about 485 HV.The optimal welding process param‐eters are welding time 10 cycle,welding current 12.5 kA,and electrode pressure 2.4 kN.
