摘  要:为解决巴氏合金承载能力低、与钢基体结合强度差等问题,采用感应熔炼工艺制备了SnSb12Cu7.5Ni0.9-x(Ag、Co、Cr)巴氏合金,研究了添加微量元素Ag、Co、Cr对巴氏合金SnSb12Cu7.5Ni0.9微观组织、界面形貌及结合强度的作用规律。结果表明,SnSb12Cu7.5Ni0.9合金中分别添加1%的Ag、Co、Cr元素后,组织中的方块状SnSb相细化且略有钝化,颗粒状η相(Cu6Sn5)相由细长条状逐渐转变为蠕虫状。巴氏合金/钢基体界面处存在一层相互连接的过渡层,添加1%Ag、Co、Cr后界面处过渡层厚度增加,组织均匀性得到改善,并提高了巴氏合金/钢基体结合强度,其中添加1%Co元素的结合强度最高,为51.9 MPa,较基体提高了13%。Babbitt alloy SnSb12Cu7.5Ni0.9-X(Ag,Co,Cr)was prepared by induction smelting.The effects of trace ele‐ments Ag,Co and Cr on the microstructure,interfacial morphology and bonding strength of SnSb12Cu7.5Ni0.9 were stud‐ied.The results show that with the addition of 1%Ag,Co and Cr,the square SnSb phase in SnSb12Cu7.5Ni0.9 alloy struc‐ture is refined and slightly passivated.And granularηThe phase(Cu6Sn5)changes from slender strip to worm-like.There is a layer of interconnected transition layer at the interface between the pasteurized alloy and the steel base.With the addition of 1wt.%Ag,Co and Cr,the thickness of the excessive layer at the interface increases and the uniformity of the structure im‐proves.It can also improve the bonding strength of pasteurized alloy/steel matrix.The highest bonding strength is 51.9 MPa when 1wt.%Co is added,which is 13%higher than that of the matrix.
