摘 要:针对满足欧Ⅴ排放标准某型非道路柴油机高原性能变化及适应性开展了研究。仿真结果表明该柴油机同一转速下转矩随海拔升高呈下降趋势,有效燃油消耗率随海拔升高而升高。与平原相比,该柴油机在高原1000 m、4000 m保持相同喷油量运行时,发动机最大转矩分别减小1.1%、3.0%;相对平原最大转矩转速点,高原同转速下有效燃油消耗率分别增加0.8%、3.2%。当海拔低于3000 m时,高原过量空气系统下降导致发动机热效率降低是其动力性能降低的主要原因,通过调整喷油有望实现动力性能恢复。当海拔高于3000 m时,涡轮进口超温、增压器超速使得该发动机必须减油降功率运行,涡轮增压器参数限制边界决定了非道路柴油机高海拔动力性能恢复能力。The adaptability and plateau performance variation of a high-horsepower off-road diesel engine that complies with EuroⅤemission criteria are studied.According to the results of a 1D simulation,the torque of diesel engine reduces as altitude rises at the same speed while the effective fuel consumption rate rises.The maximum torque of the diesel engine reduces by 1.1%and 3.0%,respectively,when it operates at the same fuel injection volume at 1000 m and 4000 m on the plateau,while the fuel consumption rises by 0.8%and 3.2%.When the altitude is below 3000 meters,the thermal efficiency of the engine is reduced as a result of the plateau’s decreased excess air coefficient,and it is expected that the engine’s power performance can be restored by modifying the fuel injection.The limit boundary of the turbocharger parameters determines the adaptability of off-road supercharged diesel engines when the altitude is higher than 3000 meters because the overheating of the turbine inlet and the over speeding of the supercharger force the engine to run with reduced fuel and power.
