摘　　要：以拖拉机湿式离合器为研究对象,介绍一种湿式离合器预控制方法;在预控制阶段通过离合器快速充油实现离合器油缸空行程的快速消除,并给与固定结合点压力使离合器油缸克服回位弹簧的弹力;设计一种湿式离合器充油时间和结合点压力自动标定程序,实现对每个离合器预控制阶段充油时间和结合点压力的精准控制;最后,设计的控制方法及自动标定策略在东方红某动力换挡机型上进行了整车验证。Taking tractor wet clutch as the research object,a wet clutch pre-control method is introduced.In the pre-control stage,the clutch is quickly filled with oil to quickly eliminate the empty stroke of the clutch cylinder,and the pressure of the fixed joint point is given to make the clutch cylinder overcome the spring force of the return spring;An automatic calibration program for the filling time and bonding point pressure of wet clutch is designed to realize the accurate control of the filling time and bonding point pressure in each clutch pre-control stage;Finally,the designed control mode and automatic calibration strategy were verified on a power shift tractor of Dongfanghong.
