摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜手术扶镜技巧教学在普外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年3月1日至2023年4月30日接受住院医师规范化培训的56名外科学专业型硕士研究生作为研究对象,实施腹腔镜手术扶镜技巧教学。教学前后分别进行问卷调查及扶镜技能考核。教学结束后对教学效果进行满意度调查。结果:教学前调查发现,75%(42/56)的学生认为有必要开设扶镜技巧教学课程。教学前后,学生对于扶镜技能的自我评分分别为3(2,3.75)分、7(6,8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。教学前后,带教老师对学生的扶镜技能考核评分分别为3(3,5)分与7(6,7)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。学生对教学的满意率为80.36%(45/56)。结论:在普外科住院医师规范化培训学生中开展腹腔镜手术扶镜技巧教学是有必要的,有助于培养学生的腹腔镜手术扶镜技能。Objective:To investigate the application effect of laparoscope holding skill teaching in standardized training of gene-ral surgery residents.Methods:Fifty-six professional master degree candidates in surgery who received standardized training for resident doctors from Mar.1,2023 to Apr.30,2023 were selected as the research objects to receive the teaching of laparoscope holding skills.Questionnaire survey and laparoscope holding skill assessment were conducted before and after teaching,and satisfaction survey was conducted on teaching effect after teaching.Results:According to the pre-teaching survey,75%(42/56)of the students thought that it was necessary to set up the teaching course on laparoscope holding skills in laparoscopic surgery.Before and after teaching,the students'self-evaluated scores of laparoscope holding skill were 3(2,3.75)and 7(6,8)respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the teachers'assessment scores were 3(3,5)and 7(6,7)respectively,and the difference was also statistically signifi-cant(P<0.001).The students'satisfaction rate of the teaching course was 80.36%(45/56).Conclusions:It is necessary to carry out the teaching of laparoscope holding skills in the standardized training students of general surgery residents,which is helpful to cultivate the students'laparoscope holding skills.
