人口老龄化背景下黑龙江省老年友善医院发展策略探析

摘　　要：目前,我国已步入老龄化社会,人口老龄化趋势日益严峻。为实现健康老龄化,更好地满足老年患者的就医需求,构建老年友善医院愈发迫切。探讨在黑龙江省人口老龄化背景下,医院如何构建友善门诊、友善病房、友善互联网医院,并从医院管理及志愿服务等方面进一步探寻老年友善医院的建设和发展战略,旨在为黑龙江省老年友善医院的发展提供参考。Nowadays,China has entered an aging society,and the aging trend of the population is severe.In order to realize healthy aging and better meet the medical needs of the elderly patients,it is imperative to build a friendly hospital for the elderly.It discusses how to build friendly outpatient service,friendly ward and friendly internet hospital under the background of population aging in Heilongjiang province,and further explores the promotion strategy from the aspect of hospital management and volunteer ser⁃vice,aiming to provide strategic reference for the development of friendly hospital for the elderly in Heilongjiang.
