摘　　要：目的:分析2016—2019年黑龙江省密山市常住居民急性心脑血管事件发病和死亡数据,为制定心脑血管疾病防控措施提供参考依据。方法:根据2016—2019年密山市常住居民急性心脑血管事件监测数据和人口死亡信息登记管理系统中的死亡数据,分析居民急性心脑血管事件发病率和死亡情况。结果:密山市居民急性心脑血管事件年均报告发病率为541.21/10万,标化发病率为504.32/10万,标化病死率为77.14/10万。其中,心源性猝死年均报告发病率为21.88/10万,标化发病率为20.97/10万,标化病死率为9.92/10万;心肌梗死年均报告发病率为37.02/10万,标化发病率为35.33/10万,标化病死率为15.62/10万;脑卒中年均报告发病率为482.31/10万,标化发病率为448.03/10万,标化病死率为51.59/10万。男性急性心脑血管事件发病率和标化发病率分别为648.11/10万和448.23/10万,均高于女性(432.14/10万和310.55/10万),差异有统计学意义(χ2=343.487,P<0.01)。结论:急性心脑血管事件已成为密山市重要公共卫生问题,居民发病以脑卒中为主,男性和≥60岁的老年人为重点防治人群,应针对该人群采取必要的综合干预措施。OBJECTIVE To analyze the morbidity and mortality data of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events among residents of Mishan from 2016 to 2019,and to provide reference for the formulation of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease prevention and control measures.METHODS The incidence and mortality of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events of resi⁃dents in Mishan from 2016 to 2019 were analyzed based on the surveillance data of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events of residents in Mishan and the death data in the population death information registration management system.RESULTS The average annual reported incidence of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in the monitored population was 541.21/105,the standardized incidence rate was 504.32/105,and the standardized case fatality rate was 77.14/105.Among them,the average annu⁃al reported incidence of sudden cardiac death was 21.88/105,the standardized incidence rate was 20.97/105,and the standardized case fatality rate was 9.92/105.The average annual incidence of myocardial infarction was 37.02/105,the standardized incidence rate was 35.33/105,and the standardized case fatality rate was 15.62/105.The average annual reported incidence of stroke was 482.31/105,the standardized incidence rate was 448.03/105,and the standardized case fatality rate was 51.59/105.The incidence and standardized incidence of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in men were 648.11/105 and 448.23/105,respectively,which were higher than those in women(432.14/105 and 310.55/105),and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=343.487,P<0.01).CONCLUSION Acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events have become an important public health problem in Mishan,with stroke as the main onset,and men and the elderly over 60 years old as the key prevention and treatment groups,and necessary comprehensive interventions should be taken.
