摘 要:目的:通过对2019—2022年广西某高校教职工的体检结果进行统计分析,了解广西高校教职工的健康状况,为开展高校教职工健康管理提供参考。方法:将该高校教职工健康体检结果按年份、性别、年龄进行分组,采用SPSS 25.0软件对相关数据进行统计分析,组间比较采用χ2检验。结果:2019—2022年广西某高校教职工,总检出率最高的前3项检验结果为血脂异常(60.62%)、甲状腺结节(38.77%)、超重肥胖(36.10%)。超重/肥胖、尿酸偏高、血糖偏高、血脂异常、高血压、肺结节、肝功能异常、肾功能异常检出率均为男性教职工高于女性教职工,差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为623.437、276.204、112.281、198.951、172.475、12.329、115.668和21.677,P值均<0.01)。不同年龄教职工超重/肥胖、甲状腺结节、尿酸偏高、血糖偏高、血脂异常、高血压、心电图异常、肺结节、肾功能异常检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为94.639、356.021、46.689、1341.991、274.008、549.654、207.804、94.840和101.321,P值均<0.01)。结论:高校教职工的健康状况不容乐观,应重视异常结果的潜在危险因素,根据不同性别、不同年龄组的异常结果,采取针对性措施,改善高校教职工的不良生活方式,不断提升高校教职工健康管理意识,提高健康水平。OBJECTIVE Through the statistical analysis of the physical examination results of a university staff in Guangxi from 2019 to 2022,to understand the health status of university staff in Guangxi,and to provide reference for the development of universi⁃ty staff health management.METHODS The physical examination results of the university staff were grouped according to year,gen⁃der and age.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis and Chi-square test was used for comparative analysis.RESULTS In 4 years,the highest total detection rate was dyslipidemia(60.62%),thyroid nodule(38.77%),overweight and obesity(36.10%).Ex⁃cept thyroid nodule and electrocardiogram abnormality,the abnormal detection rate of male teaching staff was higher than that of fe⁃male,and the difference in detection rate of all abnormalities between genders was statistically significant(χ2=623.437,276.204,112.281,198.951,172.475,12.329,115.668,21.677,P<0.01).Except for abnormal liver function,the detection rates of oth⁃er abnormalities were different among age groups(χ2=94.639,356.021,46.689,1341.991,274.008,549.654,207.804,94.840,101.321,P<0.01).CONCLUSION The health status of university faculty is not optimistic,and attention should be paid to the potential risk factors of abnormal results.Targeted measures should be formulated based on abnormal results of different genders and age groups to improve the unhealthy lifestyle of university faculty,continuously enhance their awareness of health management,and improve their health level.
