摘 要:大型桅杆起重机的最大额定起重量在千吨以上,通常采用多套起升卷扬机驱动,起升速度较小,作业效率不高。为实现轻载高速的作业要求,需要采用起升滑轮组变倍率设计,使起升机构具有多种额定起重量,起升最大额定起重量时使用大倍率,起升较小额定起重量时使用小倍率。文中针对大型桅杆起重机,提出起升滑轮组换绳和不换绳的2种倍率变换方法。结合不换绳的变倍率方法,给出一种滑轮组的倍率变换装置,将变倍率滑轮与动滑轮形成一定夹角布置,使起升绳绕入或绕出滑轮的偏斜角大大减小。在臂架摆至最大幅度,吊钩放置地面后,可实现空中换倍率,并能在多种工况下使用,作业效率高。The maximum rated hoisting capacity of a large mast crane is over one thousand tons,so it is usually driven by multiple hoisting winches,with low hoisting speed and operation efficiency.In order to meet the operation requirements of light load and high speed,it is necessary to adopt the variable magnification design of the hoisting pulley block to ensure that the hoisting mechanism has a variety of rated hoisting capacity.When under the maximum rated hoisting capacity,the high magnification is used,and when under the smaller rated hoisting capacity,the low magnification is used.For large mast crane,two kinds of variable magnification methods of hoisting pulley block are put forward changing rope and without changing rope.Combined with the latter,a device for changing the magnification of the pulley block is provided,so that a certain included angle is formed between the variable magnification pulley and the movable pulley,and the deflection angle of the hoisting rope winding in or out of the pulley is greatly reduced.After the boom swings to the maximum amplitude and the hook is placed on the ground,the magnification change can be realized aloft,and the boom can be used under various working conditions,so that the operation efficiency is increased.
