东道国政治经济不确定性对其吸引中国OFDI的影响

摘　　要：为验证东道国政治经济不确定性对其吸引中国对外直接投资是否有独立影响及其内在机制,文章利用Ahir et al.构建的世界不确定性指数以及102个国家在2010-2020年间的面板数据,利用双向固定效应模型验证了东道国政治经济不确定性对其吸收中国OFDI确实存在负面影响,在使用了工具变量法进行验证后,结果依然稳健。调节效应模型表明,两国政治关系交恶会显著地增加东道国政治经济不确定性对于吸引中国OFDI的负面影响;通过机制分析发现政治经济不确定性会通过缩紧东道国的金融开放度来减少其对中国OFDI的吸引力。To verify whether the political and economic uncertainty of the host country has an independent impact on its attraction of China’s outward foreign direct investment and its underlying mechanism,the article uses the world uncertainty index constructed by Ahir et al.and panel data from 102 countries from 2010 to 2020,and uses a bidirectional fixed effects model to verify that the political and economic uncertainty of the host country does have a negative impact on its absorption of China’s OFDI.After using the instrumental variable method to verify,the results are still robust.The moderating effect model indicates that the hostile political relationship between the two countries will significantly increase the negative impact of the host country’s political and economic uncertainty on attracting China’s OFDI.Through mechanism analysis,it was found that political and economic uncertainty can reduce its attractiveness to China’s OFDI by tightening the host country’s financial openness.
