摘　　要：在总部经济的发展背景下,中国的开放格局吸引跨国公司与本土企业总部、分支机构及研发中心落户大都市,带动了总部基地的建设。该文梳理了总部基地国内外建设状况,聚焦城市滨水区总部基地建设,总结出立体集约化发展、多样融合化发展与绿色智能化发展这三点未来发展方向,并以杭州钱塘湾未来总部基地为例,分析机遇与挑战,提出超享聚落总部T台的设计理念,从自然、混合、弹性、绿色等四个方面形成设计策略,构建适应未来发展,开放共享,绿色多元,活力健康的总部基地。In the context of the development of the headquarters economy,China's open pattern has attracted multinational and local corporate headquarters,branches and R&D centers to settle in the metropolis,which has led to the construction of headquarters bases.In the article we sort out the construction status of the headquarters base domestic and abroad,and focus on the construction of the headquarters base in the urban waterfront area,then we summarize four basic characteristics,so as to provide support for the design.Taking the future headquarters base of Hangzhou Qiantang Bay as an example,we analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by the project,and propose the design concept of future headquarters community,forming a design strategy from four aspects of nature,mixing,flexibility and greenness,building a headquarters base that is adaptable to future development,open and shared,green and diverse,dynamic and healthy,and creating a new landmark in Hangzhou Qiantang Bay.
