高校英语专业学生跨文化交际能力测评量表的调查分析

摘　　要：根据跨文化交际能力模式理论构建跨文化交际测评量表,并将量表试验于赤峰学院英语专业学生。量表第一部分设计问题调查影响学生跨文化交际能力的五个相关因素,第二部分测评学生的跨文化交际能力水平。本文通过量表的调查数据探讨跨文化交际能力与学龄、跨文化交际课程、英语语言能力、海外经历、自身交际能力五个因素的相关性。其次,根据量表的测评结果分析学生跨文化交际能力水平情况,得出学生能力发展的不均衡性。最后,运用SPSS检测分析量表的信度和效度,发现量表的信度非常好,效度适合,可用于对高校英语专业学生跨文化交际能力的测评。Based on the theory of inter-cultural communication competence(ICC)model,an inter-cultural communication competence assessment scale(ICCAS)was constructed and tested on English majors at Chifeng University.Through the survey data of the scale,this article explores that ICC is positively correlated with four factors:school age,English language competence,overseas experience,and personal communication competence,but not with inter-cultural communication courses.According to the assessment results of the scale,this article analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of students'ICC in three dimensions,and proposes corresponding improvement measures.Finally,the reliability and validity of the scale are tested and analyzed,and it is found that the reliability and validity of the scale are very good and suitable,which can be used to assess the ICC of English majors in higher education institutions.
