摘  要:针对某钢铁厂现有污水处理厂处理后的回用水达不到内部循环使用标准的不足,提出污水回用的深度处理双膜技术,从理论探讨了其可行性,同时对于1000m3/h双膜法某钢铁厂污水处理及回用系统进行了初步的技术经济分析,项目方案在投产3.2年后即可收回成本,项目实现收益。本项目对于某钢铁厂区综合污水的处理方式进行了优化,以此降低新水的用量,对于该厂的工业循环用水的重新架构提出新的方案。In view of the deficiency that the recycled water of the existing sewage treatment plant of an iron and steel plant can not meet the internal recycling standard,the advanced treatment double membrane technology of sewage reuse is put forward,and its feasibility is discussed theoretically.At the same time,a preliminary technical and economic analysis is carried out for the sewage treatment and reuse system of an iron and steel plant with 1000 m3/h double membrane process.The project scheme can recover the cost after 3.2 years of operation,and the project benefits can be realized.This project optimizes the treatment mode of comprehensive sewage in an iron and steel plant,to reduce the amount of new water,and puts forward a new scheme for the re-structure of industrial recycled water in the plant.
