摘 要:本研究针对钒基脱硝催化剂NO脱除性能进行了较为全面的研究,分别考察对制备工艺参数,如活性组分负载量、焙烧参数、活性前体、参杂等。同时也对模拟烟气评价工艺参数进行了研究,如NO浓度、氨氮摩尔比、NO_(2)比例、床层高径比等,将实验室研究的催化剂性能延伸至工业应用层面,为后续工业应用研究打好坚实的基础。文章介绍了某公司双加压法脱硝装置尾气设置低温SCR脱硝方案,主要是从SCR反应器布置位置、反应器的型式等方面对传统的SCR脱硝技术进行了优化,最终尾气中的NOx指标达到超低排放要求,满足了当前国家最新的环保政策。This study conducted a comprehensive study on the NO removal performance of vanadium based denitrification catalysts,examining the preparation process parameters such as active component loading,calcination parameters,active precursors,and impurities.At the same time,research was also conducted on the process parameters of simulated flue gas evaluation,such as NO concentration,ammonia nitrogen molar ratio,NO_(2) ratio,and bed aspect ratio.The catalyst performance studied in the laboratory was extended to the industrial application level,laying a solid foundation for subsequent industrial application research.The article introduces a low-temperature SCR denitrification scheme for the tail gas of a certain company's dual pressure denitration device.It mainly optimizes the traditional SCR denitrification technology from aspects such as the layout position and type of SCR reactors.Ultimately,the NOx index in the tail gas meets the ultra-low emission requirements,meeting the latest national environmental protection policies.
