摘 要:焦炉工业作为重要的炼焦工艺,不仅产出焦炭,还同时生成了一种潜在富含能量和有价值化学成分的副产品,即荒煤气。荒煤气在焦化过程中承载着大量的热能,其潜在价值不容小觑。然而,荒煤气的有效回收与利用一直面临着重大挑战,其中焦油蒸汽的结焦问题是制约其回收利用的重要障碍。本研究旨在深入探讨荒煤气余热回收的结焦问题,通过对荒煤气中焦油蒸汽结焦的影响因素进行研究,提出了荒煤气焦油防止结焦措施,以提高荒煤气余热回收的效率,减少资源浪费,推动环保技术的发展,实现可持续发展的目标。As an important coking process,the coke oven industry not only produces coke,but also generates a potential byproduct rich in energy and valuable chemical components,namely raw gas.Raw gas carries a large amount of thermal energy during the coking process,and its potential value cannot be underestimated.However,the effective recovery and utilization of raw gas have always faced significant challenges,with the coking problem of tar steam being an important obstacle to its recovery and utilization.This study aims to deeply explore the coking problem of waste heat recovery from raw gas.By studying the influencing factors of tar steam coking in raw gas,measures to prevent coking of raw gas tar are proposed to improve the efficiency of waste heat recovery from raw gas,reduce resource waste,promote the development of environmental protection technology,and achieve the goal of sustainable development.
