摘  要:随着油脂工业快速发展,含有大量硫化物的恶臭气体问题也日益凸显,不仅对周围环境有害,还对工人的健康不利。因此,研究和开发一种高效的异味控制技术迫在眉睫。传统的控制方法主要为物理吸附和化学氧化等,但这些方法普遍存在效率低、操作复杂、成本高等问题。以某油脂工业企业为例,针对该日常运行中产生含H_(2) S、NH3的恶臭气体,采用碱喷淋+生物滤池+植物液除臭组合工艺,通过微生物的代谢作用将有机化合物转化为无害物质,从而达到去除异味的目的。With the rapid development of the oil industry,the problem of odor gas containing a large amount of sulfide has become increasingly prominent,not only harmful to the surrounding environment,but also harmful to the health of workers.Therefore,research and development of an efficient odor control technology is imminent.Traditional control methods are mainly physical adsorption and chemical oxidation,but these methods generally have low efficiency,complex operation,high cost and other problems.Taking an oil industry enterprise as an example,aiming at the production of malodorous gas containing H_(2) S and NH3 in daily operation,the combined process of alkali spraying+biological filter plant liquid deodorization is adopted to convert organic compounds into harmless substances through the metabolism of microorganisms,so as to achieve the purpose of removing odor.
