摘　　要：天然气净化厂属于易燃易爆、高温高压、有毒有害生产场所,其安全运行关乎天然气产业的安全。文章基于生产运行风险预警实践,分析了常用建模方法的优劣势和适用场景,并进一步结合天然气净化厂的工艺和风险特性,提出了天然气净化厂生产运行风险预警模型构建方法。Natural gas purif ication plants belong to flammable,explosive,high-temperature,high-pressure,toxic and harmful production sites,and their safe operation is related to the safety of the natural gas production.Based on the practice of production and operation risk warning,the article analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,and applicable scenarios of commonly used modeling methods.Furthermore,combined with the process risk characteristics of natural gas purif ication plants,a method for constructing a risk warning model for production and operation of natural gas purif ication plants is proposed.
