摘　　要：某海上终端处理装置,工艺处理分为轻质和中质两个原油处理系统,随着油田合并运营的进行,轻质系统液量大幅增加,原有工艺流程处理量不满足处理要求。为此对轻二分进行外部工艺流程和内部结构改造,从而使轻二分实现轻一分功能。原油经过轻一分和轻二分并联运行处理后,油进入中质二级分离器进行下一步的工艺处理,水进入生产水系统进行处理,从而解决轻一分超处理量,释放油田产能的效果。In an offshore terminal treatment unit,the process treatment is divided into light and medium crude oil treatment systems.With the integration of oil field operations,the liquid volume of the light system has increased significantly,and the original process capacity cannot meet the treatment requirements.To this end,the external process and internal structure of the light two are reformed,so that the light two can realize the light one function.After the parallel operation of the crude oil,the oil enters the medium and secondary separators for the next step of process treatment,and the water enters the production water system for treatment,thus solving the ultra-processing capacity of the light one minute and releasing the oilfield production capacity.
