摘  要:海底管道被广泛的应用于海上油气田开采过程中,由于海底管道登陆的场地设计影响因素复杂,具有较高的施工风险。锦州25-1南外输气海底管线登陆拖拉场地面积狭小,管线拖拉上岸存在较大的困难,文章针对该管道的拖拉施工方案进行进一步优化,以确保在有限的施工区域内保质保量完成工程。通过对海底管道拖拉登陆场地的前期精细化勘测、现场施工规划以及场地处理,并利用调整后的优化方案,最终顺利完成海底管道登陆施工。该项目是中海油集团首次实现在较小范围内进行海底管道拖拉作业,同时,项目在施工过程中节约大量成本,且降低施工过程中风险,保障工程高质量完成。Submarine pipelines are widely used in the process of offshore oil and gas f ield exploration.Due to the complex design factors of the landing site for submarine pipelines,there are high construction risks.The area of the landing and towing site for the Jinzhou 25-1 South Export Gas Submarine Pipeline is small,and there are signif icant diff iculties in dragging the pipeline ashore.This article further optimizes the towing construction plan for the pipeline to ensure the completion of the project with quality and quantity within the limited construction area.By conducting detailed preliminary survey,on-site construction planning,and site treatment of the submarine pipeline landing site,and utilizing the adjusted optimization plan,the f inal successful completion of the submarine pipeline landing construction was achieved.This project is the f irst time that China National Offshore Oil Corporation has implemented submarine pipeline towing operations on a small scale.At the same time,the project saves a lot of costs during the construction process,reduces risks during the construction process,and ensures high-quality completion of the project.
