摘  要:二甲基硫脲(Dimethylthiourea,DMTU)是一种H2O2清除剂,为了探究DMTU对铜胁迫下黄瓜种子萌发的影响,以黄瓜种子“津瑞100”为材料,采用纸上发芽法,测定了0.5 mmol/L DMTU浸种处理对90 mg/L CuSO_(4)胁迫下黄瓜种子萌发及相关生理指标的影响。结果表明:在90 mg/L CuSO_(4)胁迫下,黄瓜种子的发芽势、发芽率和胚根长均受到抑制;经过0.5 mmol/L DMTU浸种后,黄瓜种子的发芽率和发芽势显著提高,促进了胚根生长;降低了种子H_(2)O_(2)含量和抗氧化酶(POD、APX)的活性,减轻了铜胁迫下对黄瓜种子萌发的影响。Dimethylthiourea(DMTU)is an H2O2 scavenger.In order to investigate the effect of DMTU on cucumber seed germination under copper stress,the cucumber seed“Jinrui 100”was used as the material.The paper germination method was used to determine the effect of soaking with 0.5 mmol/L DMTU on cucumber seed germination and related physiological indicators under 90 mg/L CuSO_(4) stress.The results showed that under the stress of 90 mg/L CuSO_(4),the germination potential,germination rate,and radicle length of cucumber seeds were inhibited;After soaking with 0.5 mmol/L DMTU,the germination rate and germination potential of cucumber seeds were significantly increased,promoting the growth of embryonic roots;Reducing the content of H_(2)O_(2) in seeds and the activity of antioxidant enzymes(POD,APX)alleviated the impact of copper stress on cucumber seed germination.
