基层国有森林资源管理中存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：森林资源可以满足人们对木材、各类木制品的需求,还可以调节气候、保持水土、净化空气、固碳增氧等。因此优化森林资源管理,既是对环境的保护,也是社会经济发展的需要。基于此,从国有森林资源管理目标、意义出发,分析了当前实际管理工作存在的问题,并探讨了基层国有森林资源管理优化对策。Forest resources can meet people’s needs for wood and various types of wood products,while also regulating climate,maintaining soil and water,purifying air,fixing carbon and increasing oxygen.Therefore,optimizing forest resource management was not only a protection of the environment,but also a need for socioeconomic development.Based on this,starting from the goals and significance of state-owned forest resource management,the current problems in actual management work were analyzed,and optimization strategies for grassroots state-owned forest resource management were explored.
