摘  要:土壤中的磷缺乏会导致农作物发育迟缓,但过量的磷肥和农药会给土壤与农作物带来较大的污染,测定全磷含量可以在一定程度上反映出土壤的肥力与污染情况。采用改进的钼蓝比色法,对广东省不同地区采集的蔬菜和土壤样本进行全磷含量测定与对比。结果表明:不同地区不同种类的蔬菜中全磷含量存在差异,蔬菜全磷含量为0.0172%~0.1921%,除了大蒜样品,所有蔬菜中的磷含量均低于其对应的土壤样品。各地区土壤全磷含量平均值为0.0895%~0.1294%,蔬菜及其对应土壤中的全磷含量均在正常范围内,未检测到磷超标的情况。研究结果有助于为广东各地区的土壤和环境测评提供一定的指导,为不同地区的作物种植和土质改良策略提供理论依据。The lack of phosphorus in soil will lead to the retardation of crop growth,but excessive phosphorus fertilizer and pesticides will bring great pollution to soil and crops,and the detection of total phosphorus content can reflect the soil fertility and pollution in some degree.The total phosphorus content of vegetables and soil samples collected from different region of guangdong province were detected by molybdenum blue colorimetric method and compared in detail.The results showed that the total phosphorus content exist differences in different kinds of vegetables and in different region.Total phosphorus content in vegetable was between 0.0172%~0.1921%,and the total phosphorus content of all vegetables were lower than the corresponding soil samples except garlic.The average total phosphorus content in soils of all regions was range of 0.0895%~0.1294%,the total phosphorus content in vegetables and corresponding soils were all within the normal range,and no exceeding phosphorus was detected.The results of this study can provide some guidance for the soil and environmental assessment of various regions in Guangdong province,and provide theoretical basis for crop planting and improvement strategies of soil quality.
