摘  要:应用常规气象观测资料、NCEP再分析资料(1°×1°)和FY2G卫星云图,通过诊断分析方法,讨论了2016年11月7—8日发生在云南省怒江州的持续暴雨天气过程。结果发现:此次暴雨天气过程发生在有利的环流背景下,冷空气南下、南支槽东移及西南低空急流共同造成了此次暴雨天气过程;暴雨发生在低层辐合高层辐散的上升运动区,水汽通量散度辐合区和垂直速度负值区与暴雨区相吻合;在卫星云图上,TBB低值带与暴雨发生的区域相对应;地形的引导和强迫抬升为强降水的发生提供了有利的条件。Application of conventional meteorological observation data and NCEP reanalysis data(1°×1°)and FY2G satellite cloud images,the continuous rainstorm weather process occurred in Nujiang Prefecture,Yunnan Province from November 7 to 8,2016 was discussed through diagnostic analysis.The results showed that the rainstorm weather process occurred under the favorable circulation background,and the cold air moving southward,the south branch moving eastward and the southwest low-level jet jointly caused the rainstorm weather process;The rainstorm occurred in the ascending movement area of lower level convergence and upper level divergence.The convergence area of moisture flux divergence and the negative vertical velocity area coincide with the rainstorm area;The low TBB band on the satellite cloud image corresponds to the area where rainstorm occurs;The guidance of terrain and forced uplift provide favorable conditions for the occurrence of heavy precipitation.
