新时期区域自动气象站运维保障体系的构建

摘　　要：在总结多地多种运维保障模式先进经验、存在的问题及合理化建议的基础上,结合区域自动气象站建设、综合气象观测网功能作用及装备设施属性,分析了当前区域自动气象站运维保障状况,探讨了区域自动气象站运维保障体系存在的现实问题,并提出了深化改革和完善运维保障体系的建议。On the basis of summarizing the advanced experience,shortcomings and problems of various operation and maintenance support modes in many places and rationalization suggestions,this paper analyzes the current operation and maintenance support status of regional automatic weather stations in combination with the construction of regional automatic weather stations,the function of comprehensive meteorological observation network and the attributes of equipment and facilities,and discusses the practical problems existing in the operation and maintenance support system of regional automatic weather stations,Suggestions on deepening reform and improving the operation and maintenance guarantee system were put forward.
