摘　　要：新时期,随着社会经济的高质量发展和经济水平的提高,防雷管理工作有了新的变化,其工作内容、形式等都面临着新的变化,不断出现新的问题和矛盾,制约着气象部门防雷社会规范化管理工作的开展。对宁德市防雷减灾社会规范化管理工作进行探讨,并提出了应对措施。In the new period,with the high-quality development of social economy and the improvement of economic level,lightning protection management has undergone new changes,and its work content and form were facing new changes,and new problems and contradictions were constantly emerging,which restricts the development of the standardized management work of lightning protection society of meteorological departments.This paper discusses the social standardized management of lightning protection and disaster reduction in Ningde City,and puts forward some countermeasures.
