摘  要:基于三菱FX5U PLC和RS-485通信的2条流水线联合控制系统,其设计包括PLC输入/输出端口分配、电气控制线路设计、RS-485通信参数设置以及基于软元件链接和链接时间延迟的主从站程序设计等。经仿真调试和联机运行,该系统能够实现2条流水线启停和产品自动计数的联合控制,各流水线还可独立工作,系统功能完善、抗干扰性好、容错性好、RS-485通信简便稳定。该系统不仅能够用于工业企业多条流水线控制优化和提高生产效率,还可作为典型案例用于本专科大学生和社会相关专业技术人员学习FX5U PLC的应用。The design of the proposed integrated control system for two production lines based on Mitsubishi FX5U PLC and RS-485 communication includes PLC input/output port allocation,electrical control circuit,RS-485 communication parameter settings,and master-/sub-station programming based on software component linkage and link time delay.After simulation debugging and online operation,the control system can achieve joint control of two production lines start stop and product automatic counting.Each production line can also work independently,and the system has complete functions,good anti-interference,fault tolerance,and robust RS-485 communications.This design can not only be used for optimizing the control of multiple production lines of industrial enterprises and improving production efficiency,but also serve as a typical case for college students and social related professionals to learn the application of FX5U PLC.
