摘　　要：交通是城市发展的命脉,智能交通灯能够根据车辆数实时调整红绿灯亮灭时长,对于缓解城市道路的拥堵、规范交通秩序起到非常重要的作用。设计的智能交通灯管理平台能够通过网页、微信2个路径对存储在MySQL数据库中的红绿灯切换时间、车辆等待数目等信息进行查询,并具有位置搜索等功能,便于用户即时了解交通路况信息。Traffic is the lifeblood of urban development.Smart traffic lights can real-time adjust durations of pass and stop signals of traffic lights according to number of vehicles,which plays a very important role in mitigating congestion of urban roads and regulating traffic order.The management platform described in this paper is designed for smart traffic lights.It can query traffic light switching time,vehicle waiting number and other information stored in the MySQL database through web page and WeChat,and has the function of location search,which is convenient for users to acquire traffic information in real time.
