摘  要:针对变电站倒闸操作人员承载力不足及效率低下的问题,提出一种基于高清视频的变电站远方操作系统建设方案。首先在班组驻地部署延伸模式智能电网调度D5000监控工作站;其次在变电站智能辅助控制系统中集成视频监视功能模块,接入一次设备分合闸位置、带电显示装置等视频画面,并配置调度数据网安全I区一次设备分合闸位置遥信点与安全IV区相应视频的联动;最后对主站隔离开关遥控信息、母线保护装置刀闸位置等遥信信息进行维护,使D5000系统具备隔离开关遥控及相关遥信信息监视功能。实际应用案例表明,基于高清视频的变电站远方操作系统可至少节约倒闸操作中50%的人力资源,操作效率提升86%。In view of the problems of insufficient manpower and low working efficiency with respect to substation switching operations,a remote operating system enabling HD vision-based monitoring along with the corresponding construction scheme are proposed.Firstly,D5000 monitoring workstation for extended mode smart grid dispatching is deployed on the department′s premise.Secondly,vision-based monitoring module is integrated into the intelligent auxiliary control system of substation,with vision including switching position of primary equipment and high voltage parameter display devices accessed.The linkage between remote signal of the switching position of primary equipment in safety I area and the corresponding vision in safety IV area is configured.Finally,the remote control information of master station isolation switch,the position of the busbar protection device and other remote signals are maintained,so that the D5000 system can achieve remote control of isolation switch and monitoring of related remote signals.Applicative practice shows that the substation remote operating system with HD vision-based monitoring capability can save at least 50% of manpower consumption of switching operation and increase operating efficiency by 86%.
