摘  要:配电网旁路不停电转供作业作为重要的带电检修手段之一,2022年在云南电网不停电作业中的占比已达到40%。不停电转供作业中使用的旁路负荷开关作为核心工具,具有开断、通流、绝缘的功能,但因其重量较重,敷设方式已不能满足企业高质量发展的要求,在长时间转供电时,还需要专人看守,浪费人力。为此,提出旁路负荷开关爬杆助手,其由遥控电机、滑轨、变速器等组成,具有电动提升和人力提升2种模式,高度可控,有效提升了旁路转供作业安全性和人机工效,解决了停电检修作业时的人力资源浪费问题。As one of the important means of live maintenance,operations utilizing bypass power source as alternative supply has accounted for 40% of the interruption-free maintenance missions of Yunnan power grid in 2022.The core load tool of this maintenance type,i.e.,bypass load switch,has the functions of breaking,connecting and insulation.However,due to its heavy weight,its laying method cannot meet the requirements of high-quality development of enterprises.And if the alternative power source needs to be maintained for a long time,the bypass load switch must be watched by specific personnel,which means a waste of manpower.In consideration of this,the present work develops an elevating tool for the"pole climbing"of bypass load switch.The apparatus consists of remote control motor,rail and transmission,and can work in two modes,i.e.,electric control and manual control.This highly controllable elevating tool can effectively improve safety and efficiency with respect to bypass power source-utilized operations,thereby addressing the problem of manpower waste of interruption-entailed maintenance operation.
