摘 要:以安全可靠、高效环保、节能降耗、配置优化、经济合理为基础,对某项目机械通风冷却塔型式进行研究,选取常规机械通风冷却塔和机械通风高位收水冷却塔两种选型方案,并在高位收水塔的方案上进行创新,将循环水泵站、综合水池、综合水泵站与高位收水冷却塔进行一体化布置,得到了年费用更低、节能环保的冷却塔布置方案。Based on safety and reliability,high efficiency and environmental protection,energy conservation and consumption reduction,configuration optimization,and economic rationality,this paper conducts a study on the type selection of mechanical ventilation cooling towers for a certain project.It considers two types of cooling tower,i.e.,conventional mechanical ventilation cooling tower and high level water collectingmechanical ventilation cooling towers,and further innovating on the scheme of layout of high level water collecting towers.The circulating water pump station,comprehensive water tank,comprehensive water pump station,and high level water collection cooling tower are arranged in an integrated manner.The cooling tower layout scheme with lower annual cost and improved energy conservation has been realized.
