摘 要:电气烧伤原因分析在电气化铁路维护中十分重要。定期巡视无法完全解决接触网设备电气烧伤原因分析时间长、不准确的问题,且巡视过程需消耗大量的人力、物力和财力。为此,提出了一种回归分析法,对接触网设备电气烧伤的影响因素进行分析,快速找出电气烧伤的原因。首先,采用模糊理论对接触网设备电气烧伤的因素进行分析,按照各因素的权重进行集合构建,并赋予相应的数值。然后,用回归分析法对各因素进行阈值比较,去除不符合要求的因素,并对符合要求的因素进行挖掘分析。MATLAB仿真显示,在判断条件一定的情况下,回归分析法对接触网设备电气烧伤的原因分析较为准确,而且分析时间较短,优于定期巡查法。Causal analysis of electrical burn plays an important role in the maintenance of electrified railway.The regular inspection method cannot thoroughly solve the problem of much time cost and lack of accuracy in causal analysis of electrical burns of overhead contact equipment,and alsoconsumes a lot of manpower,materials and financial resources.Therefore,this paper proposes a regression analysis method to analyze the influencing factors of electrical burns of overhead contact system equipment and quickly find out the causes of electrical burns.Firstfuzzy theory is used to analyze factors of electrical burn,and weights of each factor are set up,and the corresponding values are given.Thenthreshold values of each factor are compared by the mean of regression analysis,thereby factors inadequate for requirements are removed and the rest are excavated and analyzed.MATLAB simulation shows that under certain conditions regression analysis is superior to regular inspection for causal analysis of overhead contact electrical burns in bothaccuracy and time cost.
